How to buy Target 100
Initially, a formal quotation will be provided to you, which will detail the level of service to be provided, the cost of the service and our terms and conditions.
A licence to use Target 100 is typically purchased on an annual basis and at the end of the year is subject to a renewal/review procedure.
Upon confirmation of your order and, if applicable, receipt of an order number, we will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you.
Payment is required before any work commences and can be made by credit card, cheque or BACS.
On receipt of cleared funds we will:

Provide you, via email, with your secure password to access Target 100. This will enable you to access your company's data.

Arrange for one of our qualified Health and Safety consultants to visit your premises. The consultant will ensure you can access Target 100 and explain how it works. He will assist in identifying hazards within your business, help to set up risk assessment templates, give guidance on creating and updating your Health and Safety policy and aid in formulating an agreed action plan (services provided will be dependent on the level of service purchased).

Provide you with a Welcome pack, which includes further information about Target 100, details of your nominated consultant, password information, a copy of our latest newsletter and other useful background to Business Safety Systems, products and services.

Provide you with access to our helpline facility, which offers support for system related issues or Health and Safety guidance. This service is available during normal office hours.
Target 100 is normally sold with a 12 month contract so there are no 'tie ins' beyond this period.
Should you decide not to renew, the data that you have input into Target 100 belongs to you. If requested, we will arrange for this information to be put onto a disc, in PDF format, and sent to you free of charge.
