What does Target 100 do?

Target 100 is a centrally operated, web-based, management system which is suitable for any company regardless of size, structure or location. As it is web-based we are able to monitor and assist you and you will receive the latest legislative updates as and when they happen.

Action planning

One of the more challenging aspects of putting together your own Health and Safety management system is establishing what you need to do and how to do it. Target 100 does this for you. Using our hazard selection process you can quickly and easily establish what, as an organisation, you have to do with regards to Health and Safety. After doing this, the system produces an action plan for you. Your action plan not only lists what you have to do, it also tells you how to do it and records your progress.

Checklists and risk assessments

A comprehensive range of simple checklists and assessments are available on the system, including over 60 checklists covering all aspects of Health and Safety and a range of risk assessments incorporating specific risk assessments for manual handling, COSHH, fire, pregnant workers, young persons and DSE (display screen equipment).

Safety policy

Target 100 provides you with the tools to create, edit and manage your safety policy quickly and easily. Creating your policy is as simple as selecting the sections relevant to your organisation.

Self auditing

You can audit your own progress using our tried and tested self audit. The whole process takes approximately one hour and requires no qualifications or training.

Accident reporting

The accident reporting and investigation tools not only allow you to produce statistics, they also assist in identifying and eliminating the causes of accidents. You will be able to maintain accident records and reduce time spent on form filling, which should lead to increased efficiency and reduced insurance costs.

Training matrix

Using our Training Matrix, you are able to manage all of your training requirements from one location and with simple management and reporting tools you can ensure that your workforce is achieving its training and development programme.

External monitoring and support

At the start of the contract our Health and Safety experts will be available to provide you with on site assistance in getting started. The service includes regular monitoring and monthly reporting backed up by a helpline facility operated by our own Health and Safety team.
