Complex Assessment

We do a complex assessment with vulnerable and injured individuals who have either been picked up in basic assessments or have presented themselves with an issue and require further professional attention.

This type of assessment is made with the following staff members

• Disabled staff
• Injured staff
• Vulnerable staff (through previous injury, illness or incapacity)
• Pregnant staff

They cover all of the factors in the basic assessment but focus on making a viable workplace where individuals with complex issues can remain at work without significant levels of pain, discomfort or other problems.
