Hotdesk Assessment

This assessment is in many ways similar to the basic assessment but takes into account the nature of the hotdesking process, it also focuses more on training employees on how to use their workstations.

It will cover

• Information to employees on use of workstation environment and quick setups
• Assessment of suitability of equipment for the employees
• Assessment of environment (noise, light, heat etc)
• Assessment of working practice – (breaks, task etc)
• Identification of vulnerable individuals
